Born on the 26th of February 1986, Shahbaz has been involved in music throughout his life, as he was influenced by all the music his dad listened to. Originally his passion was to become a drummer but he somehow picked up a guitar instead and started strumming. At 16 he met a friend who made music solely on his laptop and that prompted him to try vocals, that later became his thing and he developed in to Saturn’s voice. The most gifted musician of the band, with tons of musical experience and a never ending source of creativity. Has played with a number of bands and his amazing vocal range varies from soft rock to gothic metal.

Born on the 5th of October 1984 Salman is Shahbaz’s elder brother and they started out together in their passion to pursue music as a career. The Lead guitar player/composer of the band, with a lot of musical experience came into the scene round about 4 years ago when Hasham left for Sweden after the release of Raakh, Salman took over the leads departments and developed into a lead guitarist within no time, His playing ability and lead composition was clearly seen when saturn released Kuch Nahi their 2nd track last year. He has been involved in music almost throughout his life and also wanted to become a drummer initially but guitars eventually became his passion and he started to master them. Salman has been playing guitars for 5 years now and plays Lead guitars in the band Saturn. He has also played with Zeejah, Lahu and other bands from Islamabad.

Born on the 11th of December 1984, Aashir is the groove of Saturn, has been playing bass for more than 2 years now. He’s become a versatile player in a very short period of time.

Equipment: Aria Pro 2 bass, K5 Ibanez active, Peavey Amps.

Influences: Luis Johnson, Billy Sheehan, John Myung, Cliff Burton and Jim Root.

Shahbaz is an upcoming drummer and Saturn’s new drummer Khurram was caught up in personal stuff and had to quit the band. Shahbaz has only been drumming for 3 years but has matured in music a lot. His family has a lot of musical background with the likes of Rohail Hayat (being his maternal uncle). He is a true musician and loves to drum he’s young and wants to be the best of the best one day.
